The implicit pressure to provide certainty when leading a team is substantial. 
You were put in the role because there was faith in your proven ability to make good decisions. 
The heuristic fallacy that occurs for every leader is to infer that making good decisions and achieving good outcomes have a direct causal relationship. 


Good decision-making is not about certainty. 
It is about considered probability.
