Preparation


The difference between preparation and over-preparation is not more work or time.
There is not an amount of hours that if you surpass the threshold you are magically “over-prepared.”
Preparation, though requiring time and effort, is also about perspective.


If your perspective is fixed, and your plan for action so meticulous that there is no margin for error, you are over-prepared.
Preparation is not defining, with absolute certainty, how things must go.
Preparation is a process of building capacity to perform, despite unexpected hurdles.
