Puzzle

Your team approaches challenges the same way they might tackle putting together a puzzle.
Some dive right in and start making connections.
Others want to sort through the pieces and make a plan based on the identified parts.

Parts of your team will want to examine the box and consider the bigger picture into which they are building.
Others will hone in on a specific scene or pattern.
There is an important question to ask that often goes unconsidered.

Are you solving a 200 or 1000 piece puzzle?
If you find your team over (or under) complicating the puzzle, this question was missed.
Most teams blindly pivot approaches when things get stuck.

They need to evaluate the scale of the puzzle and the requisite complexity of their method.
