Less
It is possible to do more with less.
It will require that you accept where you cannot perform at a high level.
It will require asking for help.
At the center of doing more with less is an acceptance that you, individually, can do less on your own.
It means identifying and naming performance gaps more openly without allowing your ego or need to look good get in the way.
In order to do more with less you need to commit to letting go and doing things differently.
Many leaders fall into the trap of wanting to do more with less without changing anything they, themselves, are actually doing.
The hardest part is not the actual resource constraint, but developing the willingness to ask for help from the resources that remain.
Doing more with less means more partnership with less ego.
