Why do you floss your teeth?
Because you brush them first.
You will be hard pressed to find someone who flosses without brushing.
Habit stacking is almost essential to drive sustainable behaviour-change.
Your mind is resistant to change.
This is true even with change that represents something desirable.
Perhaps you have a resolution or a goal that is losing momentum.
It could be due to lack of desire or alignment with what you really want.
Or it could be because your resolution is akin to flossing without brushing.
