How not to make a sandwich:
Grab the nicest, highest quality (with or without gluten) bread you can find.
Cut it into two slices and put spoiled, rotten ingredients in the middle.
Feedback is the same.
Your mind is masterful at convincing you that if you can just present the sandwich well enough, others will get it.
They will not.
The mind of the person receiving your sandwich operates like a blender.
It mashes it all up into a rotten sandwich-milkshake-sludge.
No one wins with that.
Feedback is only as effective as it is receivable.
Instead of making sandwiches, find better ingredients.
